Installation Instructions for all CASAREVO Screens and Room Dividers

A full set of installation instructions will be sent with all CASAREVO screens and partitions. The following information should also guide you clearly through the very simple installation process.

It is essential that the screens are securely and correctly fixed to a ceiling. Therefore secure fixing to a beam, joist or joist noggin is required with suitable screws and screw fixings. If in doubt contact the design team.

Ensure at all times that installation is carried out by at least two people. This is important as the hardwood frames and glazed panels are potentially heavy; and during post installation items may need to be held in place by one person whilst another secures parts in place.

Step 1

Make sure all parts are there, the area is clean.

Step 2

Keep all glazing and fretwork separate from the area where the frames are to be located. These are the last things to be installed and should be kept safe to avoid damage.

Step 3

Attached screw fixings at both ends to one post, Additionally slide 2 post ends with fixing ring onto the post. With one person holding the post, the other can position the post in place ensuring the post is exactly vertical using a spirit level or post level (not supplied). Tighten the fixing screws with a screwdriver at both ends of the post.

Step 4

Repeat step 3 with a second post ensuring the gap between each post is 600mm.
